Project: Telecom Egypt solar, Batteries and Generator hybrid project

The principle behind this project is that use a hybrid power system (PVs and Diesel Generator with Batteries) designed to utilize maximum Energy from PV by adequate priority decision having the balance from Diesel keeping reliability by two systems with Batteries.

OPERATION AND CONTROL STRATEGY

Effective operation and control strategies within the power supply system can be done by making priority-based decisions to prioritize generated energy resources. Typically, the power supply system's operation and control strategies are to utilize the free available energy resources fully, then utilize the energy stored in the batteries, and finally, use a diesel generator as a power source to support the loads and charge the batteries.

The solar hybrid project constitutes ten significant components: solar panels, solar charge controller, batteries, inverter, rectifier generator, solar structure, concrete base, shelter, and electrical connectors and cables.
